Due to its richness and concentration of flavours, we recommend serving Signature on its own, as a digestif. It also pairs exceptionally well with blue-veined or aged cheese and orchard fruit or nut-based desserts.

Rich amber color with orange highlights.

NOSE
Enticing, boasting aromas of warm baked
apples, brioche and caramel.

PALATE
Rich and complex, evocative of fine
Ice wines or sauternes. Its sweetness is exquisitely balanced by its acidity. Velvety
smooth and luxurious, with alluring flavors of dried apricot, honey and spice, and a long, lingering, mouth-watering finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve chilled (8 - 10°C). Enjoy on its own to end a perfect meal. Pairs exceptionally well with blue-veined or aged cheese as well as orchard fruit or nut-based desserts.
