Rich golden colour with amber notes.

NOSE
Warm baked apples, with hints of honey, caramel and spice.

PALATE
Rich, intense and complex flavour profile reminiscent of fine icewines or sauternes, with an exquisite balance of sweetness and acidity that makes for a clean finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve well chilled (5°C). Enjoy as an aperitif. With foie gras, fine cheeses, a variety of desserts, or on its own to end a perfect meal.
